An ugly win, but still a win. Well done our first away win. Had to wait a lot longer than we should have. Our target should be to win all of the rest of our games and improve our league position. |

William, Training is on Tuesday and Thursday evenings and games on Saturday. Bring your kit and have a run around. Maybe you would enjoy the cold and wet weather so much that you would want to come back and play for a season. |

Clydebank's Alternative Match Report if anyone is interested.
Clydebank once again made the arduous journey to Oban Lornes Glencruitten Park. Missing several First team regulars the travelling team could take little comfort in the fact of Clydebank already defeating Oban in both league and bowl duties this season.
Clydebank’s first points hall came from an Oban indiscretion of handling the ball in a ruck. Scrum half and part time midget wrestler Ross Moffat stepped forward to claim the fist 3 points of the match. Not to be outdone in the penalty stakes Clydebank were then penalised their selves for an offside offence, giving Oban’s Stand Off Alex Cadzow an easy kick to level the scores at three all. For the next 15 minutes of the game both sides vied for supremacy in the middle of the park neither gaining the upper hand. One point of interest was Clydebank man mountain and cheese lover, Joe Moore being put firmly on his posterior by a petite Oban number 12 when taki |

A good 19-10 win in the friendly against Helensburgh on Saturday, well done everyone involved. Great to see Messrs Beaton and Cadzow back on the pitch for Oban and scoring tries! We need to step up the pace as I see Mull have had 2 thumping wins over Loch Lomond and Clydebank in the Bowl recently and are currently unbeaten this season! |
